What happened?

When the Chaotic Chestpiece is in the body slot the toggle visibility button does nothing, and the effects are always visible. If I take the Chaotic Chestpiece out of the body slot and place it in the traditional chest armor slot and use cosmetic armor to "turn the visibility off" by checking an empty box then the visual from it goes away. The Draconic and Wyvern Chestpieces also remain visible when placed in the body slot.
