AE2 Network Tool cannot be added to Morph-o-tool

The Network Tool is listed by default in the Morph-o-tool config (First Image), but even so the network tool cannot be added to the morph-o-tool (Second Image).

Additional context: this issue happened even with an empty morph-o-tool, and I was able to get the create wrench, pipez wrench, and botania wand on the item.
