These being Ars Elemental's flaming archwood, BYG white mangrove and saplings from Occultism, all of which lack botany pot recipes altogether.
Also, BYG nether fungi don't produce anything but themselves in botany pots, which is inconsistent with vanilla crimson/warped nether fungi. Same goes for bulbis oddities.

Noted, i guess i missed one BYG sapling when i made the datapack in the pack, i'll look into that and the ars one hopefully sometime before 1.0.15 of the pack. As for the BYG fungi, that's something created within the botany pots mod as i did not write anything for them.
I personally changed the 5 Archwood(Nouveau's Red/Green/Blue/Purple and Elemental's Yellow) to drop their respective Pod instead of Apple, and deleted the entry from the botanytree.jar data folder to avoid conflict(the green and the purple one didn't use the custom drop otherwise)
I'm aware that changing the .jar is not ideal, but I don't know if it's possible to just overwrite the recipe, as they don't right now?
