What happened?

Hi,

By accident I placed my Just Dire Things Eclipse Alloy Pickaxe in an item frame and it dropped all the upgrades on the floor without removing them from the pickaxe. When trying the same with the Eclipse alloy bow and leggings it resulted in the same happening.

This is known by the Direwolf20 and a bug in Neoforge.
