What happened?

Silent Gears salvager breaks down the silent gear arrow once for each arrow in the stack, allowing for an infinite duplication of all parts of the arrow. These parts can then be fed through the salvager again to return back to the materials required to make the said part. This allows for the duplication of every silent gear-compatible material (Diamond, Netherite, Iron, etc.)
