Get Sortable instance

Nice library, thanks !

I was wondering if there was a built in way to get sortable instance ?
If not, it should be really easy to add and seems like a no brainer.

In a project (using useDraggable), I need to get the sortable instance, and I do so with Sortable.get(element), but it's unstable, and sometimes randomly doesn't return anything.

useDraggable returns some methods, but I'm not sure if they are what you need. Currently, it does not directly return a Sortable instance.
