vscode.dev web app support

Dear Developers,

Thanks very much for your amazing work. I recently started to explore the possibility of using this extension with the vscode.dev web app. It installs fine, but gives blank screen for my local files and remote-tunnel files on a server. For some context, I am using safari on an iPad, but I’ve also tested Chrome on an iPad, safari on a Mac, and chrome on a Mac. All of them gave me the same issue.

Please, it would be amazing if you could help look into this!
