/dashboard/<:serverId> って感じで表示できるとよさそう。

setupが実行されてない際の画面を作成する
setupが実行済みの際の画面を作成する

bot側のコマンドで /setup を実行した際に Guild テーブルに登録して、表示する際にDBから取得して、ない場合はbotの導入方法を出すなりしたい
