Aider not saving changes to files

Aider: 0.76.2
Model: deepseek-chat
Model: sonnet 3.7

Very often, usually within 20 minutes of working on project Aider says it saved something to file and never saves it. When starting working with aider it usually saves to files just fine, but when it fails for first time it starts happening all the time.
Types of files that did not save so far: go files, json.

OS: Ubuntu 22.04
