Need to prepare dataloaders and downloaders for larger-ish RGB datasets, with customization for augmentation specifics using a config file.

Candidates:

Anime face dataset from kaggle
Pokemon dataset
CelebA from kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/jessicali9530/celeba-dataset)
