Twitch ad blocking not working in safari. A new intermediate screen is displaying instead of actual ads. There are also instances where the stream will freeze and have significant playback issues when there are ads; presumably, a mid-roll ad is attempting to run and freezing the stream.

Currently, twitch is showing "commercial break in progress" page or "Preparing your stream" page. If Adguard is disabled, ads are displayed. However, with Adguard enabled, the twitch site shows "commercial break in progress" page, as attached, instead of the real ads.

So the stream turns black when ads are sent to play. Adguard freezes and refreshing the page doesn't always fix it. the second screenshot provided is Adguard disabled and the page auto-refreshed itself and went back to the stream.
