manually dragging distance measurement (measure it)

Hello everyone,

There is a coding I want to do, but I couldn't get out of it. Can you support me in this regard?

What I want to do

In the distance measurement, I want to automatically drag 2 points and show the distance measurement of it on the screen. But I want to do without automatic qrcode scanning.
