[UI] Landing Page for Debate AI

Describe the Issue

Currently the DebateAI FrontEnd lacks a landing page that describes the project and it's core functionalities

How to reproduce the issue?

cd frontend

• open localhost:5173
• checkout the current landing page.

What changes I want to make to solve this issue?

• I have made a simple UI design to give an insight about DebateAI
• Here's a the first draft that I have made using Figma

Try to create landing page design using shadcn ui components only as we are using that for frontend

and from the perspective that the user is already logged in
Landing page for the user not logged in is already built, i believe.

Landing page should be very very simple

We can discuss more on the design in discord
