fix(packaging/basics): renovate contents

- remove as many references to Autobuild3 as possible
  - the remaining ones refer to wiki pages that belong to autobuild3
- replace atm with `oma topics`
- update examples according to the new style guide (ABTYPE and PKGDEP)
- remove trailing whitespaces
