Add explorative mapping functions

Using leafletr (check if installed, stop if not) we could add a function to show all offerings on an interactive map:

mysos <- SOS("http://...")
explore(mysos)

The map would show the bounding boxes of offerings, and when clicking on a box, it can show a pop-up with the procedures, time, etc.
