Sign up page needs to be populated

Can basically copy the sign in page and add fields for name, address, phone, and photo (optional).

• Post request to backend to create account

Updated backend that we aren't creating authentication on user account creation. And as such, multiple accounts can be made under the same email.

Multiple accounts can be made under the same email if the backend directly handles authentication. At the time I didn't realize that firebase was handling all the authentication, so now if you try to make multiple accounts with the same email it won't allow you to.
