Filters::Airbnb style clear functionality

Lets do it same way... we change ""cancel"" to ""clear""

So basically it will be like this:

Apply = Save changes made to filter
Click outside of box = change nothing
Clear = The entire filter is cleared

And we don't show ""clear"" until there is actually something that can be cleared.
And make the ""clear"" text have a bit darker color so it's more visible
