When people click the blue info icon in a filter a popup like this comes with more info:

You will find it in Sketch:

GS - launch v7 > Filter expanded > bottom of artboard

The popup kinda needs to be flexible.. so that we can have more text in it if needed.
You can play around with positioning of the popup
